The purpose of collecting personal data, i.e. this register, is to process and manage the customer relationship with the consent given by the data subject. The information can be used to develop services and communicate with customers. The information in the register can also be used for direct marketing, if the customer has not prohibited the use of the information.

5. Information content of the register and statutory sources of information

The register contains the following information about customers:

- Name
- Phone number
- Address
- Email address
- Y ID

Information to be entered in the register is obtained from the registered customer of the controller himself.

6. Regular transfers of information

The customer data in the register is not disclosed, except based on the customer relationship to the companies whose products the customer buys through the service.

7. Data transfer outside the EU or EEA

The information in the register is not transferred outside the EU or EEA.

8. Principles of registry protection

The register is in electronic form. The information in the register is in a database that is protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means. Data processing, searching and browsing take place on the basis of authenticated user rights. Access rights are granted to certain employees and management staff of the data controller.

9. Right of inspection

In accordance with Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, everyone has the right to check what information about them is in the personal register. The inspection request must be sent in writing and signed by mail to: Finland International Education Oy, Arkadiankatu 7, 00100 Helsinki, Finland.

10. The right to demand correction of information

In accordance with Section 29 of the Personal Data Act, everyone has the right to demand that incorrect information in the personal register be corrected. 11. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

Pursuant to Section 30 of the Personal Data Act, the registered person has the right to prohibit the data controller from processing information about him/her for direct advertising, distance selling and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion research as well as personal registry and genealogy.
