• Use training methods in a meaningful way: involvement, facilitation, discussions, and exercises
• Utilize different teaching methods in teaching: group exercises, pair discussions, individual reflections, case studies, student presentations, role play, etc.
• Understand the meaning of the physical and psychological learning environment
• Develop a personal teaching style
